Objective: To enhance the quality and attractiveness of the output for the public and the Polis Center, the funder of these projects, as well as the data science division’s projects of the COMET lab, this competition is organized by the COMET lab.
Competition Guidelines
- Each group that is currently working on their projects under the data science team, apart from the repository that is creating as the final output for each project, must create a visualization GitHub page for each project.
- When you are submitting your final submission of the project on 29th of April 2024, you must complete the GitHub page for the visualization as well as the GitHub repository requirements.
- You must present your GitHub page to all the members during the COMET Lab general meeting on 30th of April 2024.
- For each project, an additional data analyst member of the data visualization team will be allocated to help and guide other members to create the visualization for their respective project from 26th of March 2024.
- Apart from the data analyst member, you will be able to get advice and help from our two web designers who are under the data visualization team to integrate the GitHub repositories with GitHub pages to enable the visualization dashboard to go live.
- To get some other data analyst members or reserve meeting time with designers from the visualization team, you can get help from the project manager of the data visualization team.
