In Fall 2024, a total of 10 projects were showcased as part of the COMET Lab Data Visualization Competition. The projects covered a wide range of topics and demonstrated the diverse skills of our students.

5 Data Analysis Projects: These projects focused on analyzing datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights. The visualizations created helped make the data easier to understand for the public.
3 Data Scraping Projects: In these projects, students developed data scraping tools to extract useful information from online sources. The data collected was then used to create meaningful visual representations.
1 Dashboard Creation Project: A dashboard was created in this project to provide a comprehensive and interactive view of data. It allowed users to explore and understand the information visually.
1 Software Development Project: This project involved the development of a software tool. The goal was to solve a real-world problem and to present the outcomes using data visualizations.
