IDOH Data Download

This is data from Indiana Department of Health, being collected and processed for Polis Center.

Objective:

To automate the data download process from the Stats Explorer-Indiana Department of Health. (https://gis.in.gov/apps/isdh/meta/stats_layers.htm )

Data Characteristics:

It contains data about  mortality, natality and other common health cases of Indiana à County level data of Indiana

Is there an API?

Yes, there is an ArcGIS feature server. Another plus is that it has a query feature, which made it simple to retrieve data in JSON format. (Query:Health_Stats_IDOH (ID: 1) (in.gov))
