Handling Issues or Emergencies
If challenges arise with your tasks or if a personal emergency might delay your work or prevent you from attending meetings, please notify us within 24 hours. Reach out to your project manager or contact the team directly.
Missed Meetings
If attendance is missed for a total of four meetings (from those listed above), the situation will be escalated to the COMET Lab Administration Team.
Overseas Travel Notification
If planning to travel outside the country before the end of the semester or during the remainder of the semester, please inform us as soon as travel is confirmed. Note that hours cannot be clocked on time.iu; once you leave the U.S. at immigration checkpoints.
Responsibilities of Project Managers
- Take attendance at all meetings and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Check-in regularly with team members, even informally, to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
- Attempt to resolve issues within the team before escalating them.
